Refund policy

At our store, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when sending the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery unless the product arrived defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at yvonnereece@saeroaviation.com.
